Ordering and Pricing
For simple drop off orders, not requiring staff, rentals or special set up please order 2 full business days prior to delivery. We will also need a confirmation of the guest count at this time.
For special events, with substantial set up, rentals and staffing, please order at least 2 weeks prior to the event. We will need a confirmation of the guest count 5 full business days prior to event.
For last minute events such as funerals, we will do our very best to accommodate your requests within a reduced time frame.
We will acknowledge receipt of your fax or on-line orders within 1 business day. Please confirm with us by telephone if you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours.
Pricing, Delivery, Taxes, and Gratuities
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The most current version of our menu and prices appears on our Website at www.buffetcharbonneau.ca
- Our drop off rates average $25.00 for downtown & Gatineau (Hull sector) and $30.00 to Kanata, Orleans, Gatineau (Aylmer and Gatineau sectors). Delivery of out-of-town events will be priced on request. Additional charges will apply if you require assistance from our driver to set up linens, chaffing dishes and other rental items.
- All prices mentioned in our menus do not include taxes. All sales are subject to 13% HST.
- We do not automatically add gratuities to your invoice but can do so if you wish.
Terms of Payment, Deposits and Cancellations
- Government and Corporate clients with a BCI account: terms are 30 days from invoice date payable by cheque or direct bank deposit or on the day after your event by credit card.
- All other clients: Cash, cheque or credit card, prior to delivery. Credit card information must be supplied to us for authorization at least 24 hours prior to delivery. We may require a 10% non refundable deposit to reserve a date for your event.
- We reserve the right to charge up to full price for food items already in production, rental items and for servers booked if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance for groups under 50, and less than 72 hours in advance for groups over 50.
